350 Mission Street is a 27-story office tower being constructed adjacent to San Francisco's new Transbay Tower and Terminal, which upon completion will be the city’s primary intermodal transportation center for buses, commuter rail, and eventually California’s high-speed rail. The design concept is focused on the creation of an urban living room — a memorable street-level space that is highly engaged with the urban realm.

The project exemplifies a regenerative urban ecology in which the highest level of environmental, social, cultural, and economic sustainability are applied to the making of the architectural form. A 50-foot-high urban living room at the building's base is designed as a vibrant space that blurs the boundaries between the public and private realms. Salesforce, a global cloud computing company, will be the sole tenant of 350 Mission.
